About Me

I'm KrishnaMohan, a Salesforce practitioner based in Hyderabad, India. I've been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2014 — starting as an Administrator, earning my first certification in 2015, and expanding progressively into platform development and solution architecture.

I started this blog in 2015 because I couldn't find a single resource that covered all Salesforce certifications in one place with honest, exam-specific study guidance. I wrote guides the way I wished they'd existed when I was preparing: focused on exam domains, weighted by what actually gets tested, written by someone who had just sat the exam.

After a quiet period from 2020–2024 while focused on client work, I revived and completely rebuilt the blog in early 2026 — updating all 124 exam guides for Winter '26, rewriting every practice question to be scenario-based rather than definition-style, and adding salary and career data that didn't exist in 2015.

My approach: Every practice question is written as a business scenario — "A company needs X, which solution works best?" Real Salesforce exams test application of knowledge, not recall. These questions reflect that.

My Salesforce Journey

2014

Began working with Salesforce CRM as an Administrator for an IT services firm in Hyderabad.

2015

Passed Salesforce Administrator exam. Launched this blog to share study notes and domain breakdowns. Covered ADM201 and DEV401 initially.

2015–2019

Blog expanded to cover all major tracks. Guides helped thousands of Indian Salesforce professionals pass their exams. Ranked on pages 1–2 for multiple certification search terms.

2020–2024

Focused on client Salesforce implementations. Blog remained online but was not actively updated as Salesforce's certification catalog doubled in size.

2025–2026

Complete revival. All 124 guides rebuilt for Winter '26 including Agentforce Specialist, AI Specialist, and Data Cloud — certifications that didn't exist in 2019.

The AI Specialist guide was spot-on for Winter '26 content. The scenario-based questions are very similar to what actually appears in the exam. First attempt pass!

Failed Platform Developer I elsewhere. Found this guide, focused on the exact domain gaps it flagged, and passed the retake with 81%. The governor limits explanation clicked here when nothing else had.

Career switcher from finance. The "which cert first" guide helped me build a realistic plan. Did AI Associate then Admin — cleared both. Couldn't have mapped it out without this resource.

Just passed Agentforce Specialist. The guide had Winter '26 updates that most other resources don't. The section on agent actions and topics was exactly what got tested. 10/10.

Found this through a Reddit post and it's now my go-to resource. The salary guide helped me negotiate a 22% raise after getting my second cert. Real data, real value — and it's all free.
